Eligibility Criteria for those interested in hiring a Nanny through Nanny Genie

This document is governed by the Website Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. The definitions of the Website Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy are applicable to this document.

1. You must be a resident of United Arab Emirates, holding a legal and valid passport, visa and residence permit. You must have the capacity and ability to hire a Nanny and avail Nanny Services, including but not limited to hiring the Nanny, procuring and obtaining the necessary visas, medical insurance and residence permit for the Nanny, for the entire duration of the Nanny Services.

2. You must have an aggregate minimum income of AED (2000) for the duration of the Nanny Services, that renders you capable to provide a fair and reasonable salary and benefits to the Nanny. You must be willing to provide a fair and competitive salary for the Nanny, based on their experience, qualifications, and responsibilities.

3. You must, at all times, be compliant with all applicable laws and regulations, as amended from time to time and able to pay the Nanny on a monthly basis, in a timely manner.

4. You and your family must have a clear understanding of the Nanny’s role and job responsibilities, as well as any specific requirements for the care of your child, elderly, pets or home; and be able to communicate this clearly to the Nanny.

5. You or your family members must not have a conscious or unconscious bias towards any discrimination.

6. You must provide a safe and secure working environment to the Nanny, including a safe and clean living space (if applicable), and safe transportation to and from work.

7. You must be willing to abide by and respect Nanny Genie’s Ethical Considerations, Website Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

8. You and your family must have a genuine need for a Nanny, such that you may provide adequate justification to Nanny Genie, upon request.

9. You must be willing to provide references, upon request by Nanny Genie, including but not limited to provide references from previous employers, neighbours, family and friends, which can help to establish their credibility and trustworthiness as an employer.

10. You must be willing to participate in the matching process, including reviewing resumés, conducting interviews, and providing feedback on potential candidates.
